Each of the homes we build are covered by St. Paul’s Warranty Company – the largest in British Columbia, backed by Lloyds of London and therefore provide each of our clients with a full 2-5-10 Year Home Owners’ Warranty for their new home. This is in addition to the 1 year bumper to bumper guarantee we provide to each of our customers.

Universal Design
